Shipping
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. If your item is backordered, you will receive an email ASAP when the product is restocked.
There are three options for shipping:
- Local Pick-Up – if you live in the Philadelphia-area this is a great option! Save on shipping costs, and I will be in contact with you within 24 hours to schedule a time for you to pick up your merchandise! I am located in University City.
- Flat Rate Shipping – $5.99 flat rate shipping no matter where you are (in North America) or how much you order! This is via USPS ground, which will get to you in 2-8 days, once shipped. Keep in mind, all shipments are sent from Philadelphia, PA.
- Expedited Shipping – $10.99 expedited USPS priority mail. This will get to you within 1-3 business days, once shipped.
Returns
Full refunds will be made for unworn/unused merchandise within 30 days with receipt. Unfortunately, due to being a small business, you will have to pay for the cost of return shipping 🙁
If you received your product as a gift:
- Thank your loved one for being a great gift-giver
- Get their email address (optional)
- Return the merchandise
- You have the option to refund them to their card or receive store credit
